All Concord Game Characters Full List and Abilities

PlayStation is about to enter the hero shooter genre with Concorde leading the way. Here’s a list of all Concord game characters. You can play at launch, and you can use air-jumping snipers and trap-setting engineers.

Concord-Game-Characters

The Concord game was shown at Sony’s State of Play event in May 2024, one year after the first trailer. With a full gameplay video, a detailed movie trailer, and a PlayStation blog post. We now have much more information about this upcoming hero shooter game.

There’s a lot to consider, from the design to early access beta details. Before you try the game, check out the list of characters, called players, and see what each one adds to the game.

Concord Game Characters

The first lineup will have 16 different Concord game characters, each with its own set of abilities. Here’s a full look at all the confirmed Concord characters.

Concord Game Characters:

  • 1-OFF
  • BAZZ
  • DAVEERS
  • DAW
  • DUCHESS
  • EMARI
  • HAYMAR
  • IT-Z
  • JABALI
  • KYPS
  • LARK
  • LENNOX
  • ROKA
  • STAR CHILD
  • TEO
  • VALE

JABALI:

Jabali is like Moira from Overwatch. She has a magic light ball that can heal her team and another that hurts enemies. Her healing is strong and creates an aura that helps everyone nearby.

So, if you shoot someone close, you’ll have a moving healing party in battle. Just like the Pulse Guided Seeker Rifle, her LMGs are also key weapons.

TEO:

The Teo is a basic soldier armed with an AR rifle and cluster grenades, great for direct damage. A cool feature is his special vision, letting him see even when using smoke grenades. When facing an enemy, you can spot them clearly while they shoot blindly through the smoke.

KYPS:

Kyps is perfect for clever moves. His dodge makes him briefly hidden, so you can surprise enemies by coming out of hiding or moving onto a ledge with a quick advantage. If someone gets hurt, the team will be informed. There’s a system that spots enemies in an area. Plus, a grenade disrupts their defenses and weapons. This gives the team strong control over map areas.

DUCHESS:

The Duchess is a simple and tough character with great skills. His main gun is handy, and his powerful burst move can push enemies back and weaken them. The wall move blocks your view, but enemies can still shoot through it. If used right, it can hide you and your team from foes.

IT-Z:

It-Z might feel tricky to use at first, but it can trap your enemies well. His Slip ability shoots a bouncing bullet that lets him switch places, get behind enemies, transform while falling, and surprise opponents.

She also loses the ability to move or dodge when using it, which makes her a very interesting character. Her Scramble Rebound lets her break an enemy’s weapon by overloading it with her own.

HAYMAR:

The HAYMAR is powerful but hard to control. Its slow-moving flame shot bow targets specific spots and causes extra damage.

It also fires a Wall of Fire projectile, which creates a blazing barrier. Plus, its blinding flash works like a long-range stun grenade.

ROKA:

Roca can be tricky, but mastering his skills is worth it. At first, aims his rocket guns at the enemy. His triple jump and floating ability give him an edge in the air. His powerful jump and dive help with crowd control.

DAVEERS:

Daveers is great for handling large groups of enemies. His lighting canister spreads burning liquid everywhere, and his blast causes big damage.

When used right, it can start fires and create trouble for enemies. His main grenade launcher works well too, though it can sometimes be a bit erratic.

LENNOX:

Lennox can shoot almost non-stop thanks to his “Gunslinger” ability, which reloads a gun when you switch weapons quickly.

You can even reload while dodging. As long as you like the gun, you can keep firing it. He also has healing skills and can throw an explosive knife.

VALE:

Vale is a solid sniper character. So far, I haven’t found him crucial on Concord maps. His sniper rifle is user-friendly.

He can see low-health enemies through walls and has extra protection when hitting targets. His notes and jump ability also provide valuable insights.

LARK:

Being a lark isn’t ideal. Their Pod launcher shoots small pods that can hit enemies directly or act as hovering mines. While this should make dealing damage easier, it often isn’t straightforward or effective.

His transport capsule works as a teleporter; you can use it anytime. His spawn badge creates a zone that blocks your team’s movement and damage. The longer you stay in this zone, the more you resist damage. As long as you stay, you remain in the game.

DAW:

The Doctor believes it could be useful, but it doesn’t fit well in the game. It moves slowly and has a stable heel pad, which is helpful for sports where speed matters.

Daw-Game-Character

But, the protective dome is a bit problematic because it blocks all bullets, keeping you out of combat and away from enemies. While alternative treatments are okay, they don’t make up for the downsides.

STAR CHILD:

Star-Child-Utility-Character

We have Drax in our team. He looks like a tough, utility character. Overall, he’s pretty good. His Skull Breaker Shotgun has a short range. His Rage Rush and Power Slam are hard to use and can sometimes cause more problems than they solve.

I-OFF:

1-Off-Tough-Character

1-Off is a tough character but doesn’t take a lot of direct damage. His Garbage Bombs are big. The Pressure Blaster can do some extra damage, but his main weapon, the Vacuum Cleaner, sucks up incoming shots and scrap metal to reload his bombs. It also helps clear obstacles and break up tablets.

EMARI:

Amari is a character who works best with others. He has a shield that stops bullets, which helps keep teammates safe, though it doesn’t bounce the bullets back. He also has an armor generator that helps shield nearby allies. His skills work best with a team, but he can still be useful alone.

BAZZ:

Finding positives for Bazz in a game like Concord, which is all about offense, is tough. He can track enemies even on sloped walls and moves quickly. But, his main weapon, a knife-throwing tool, is slow and not deadly enough.

Bazz-Concord-Game

The extra tracking on hits isn’t helpful. His main ability is the Scourge Star, which makes enemies more open to taking damage when thrown. But, it’s not very effective.
